Information for International Customers

International Shipping: We export our products in many countries around the world. Before ordering, please check if any special requirements for importing diagnostic reagents are applying. Any import permit must be provided and any special documentation must be communicated by the buyer prior to shipping.

Our reagents are shipped at room temperature by express service. The quality of the products is not affected during transport, even at elevated summer temperatures. After receipt, the products should be kept at the indicated temperature for long-term storage. If special transport options are required, please contact us.

Prices are ex-works Sauerlach, i. e. purchasers outside Germany bear all transport charges and import fees. EU-customers should provide a valid VAT number to be exempt from German taxes.

Payment is in advance unless otherwise agreed. We do not accept credit cards or cheques. Payments can also be made by PayPal. Please contact us for details.
